What's included in the 24 hour turnaround?
Photography and basic edits (color correction, white balance, straightening). For drone video, 3D tours, and advanced edits, add 24 hours. If a property needs a second shoot day or complex edits, we'll communicate timing upfront.
Can I upgrade from Fast to a larger package?
Yes. Pay the difference, and we'll add the extra services (video, tour, floor plan, etc.). One shoot, multiple deliverables.
What if I want packages for multiple properties in one day?
You get a tiered discount. Three properties in one day typically saves 20 to 25% per shoot. Contact Dain for exact pricing.
Do you offer monthly retainers or subscription models?
No. We price per shoot to keep your costs predictable and avoid long-term commitments. Pay for what you use.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Fast includes 3 rounds. Showcase and larger packages include unlimited revisions until you approve. If revisions require a re-shoot, we'll discuss separately.
What about properties outside NWI and Southwest Michigan?
We primarily serve NWI and Southwest Michigan. For properties outside this area, contact us to discuss availability.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We typically schedule 3 to 7 days out. For urgent shoots, contact Dain directly — we'll try to accommodate rush requests.
What if weather cancels my shoot?
We reschedule at no charge. If you need to cancel, we ask for 24 hour notice to keep our calendar flexible for other agents.
